
Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations. The literature debates various viewpoints: contrasting Eastern and Western approaches to leadership, and also (within the West) US vs. European approaches. The president is the only one capable of creating a committee to deliberate, primarily to help him to his proposal. The committee without much discussion automatically endorse what the president hops to achieve, group members of the committee appoints leader among them through the cooperative action but not avail, since the decision have been rich before handing over to the committee.
